Really good stay

breakfast options metro access helpful staff effective soundproofing
The included breakfast had many options available. There were fresh pastries and fruit, really nice. The breakfast area was kept very clean, I noticed staff constantly clearing tables. I appreciated the availability of gluten-free bread. The location was very convenient for getting around. The hotel is next to several metro lines, providing easy access across the city. I found many restaurants and shops were very close by. I appreciated the safe feeling of the surrounding neighborhood. The staff was always helpful. They were quick to answer questions. I needed directions a few times, and they were very clear. Their assistance. The room had effective soundproofing. I slept soundly each night. The bed was comfortable and the linens felt very clean.
the elevator requires card access EVERY time, it is not practical.

The room included a modern television. There was also a well kept private bathroom. The air conditioning was effective and quiet, I am grateful for the great temperature control. Daily cleaning ensured a fresh and tidy space.

convenient stay!

helpful team early arrival nice lighting
the team proved helpful when needed! ariane, ludicine, daro, lucas, vladimir, vernon, lucie, and olivier provided great support. the hotel kept my bags upon early arrival. the interior décor in the hallways was dark, yet nicely lit.
I noticed there was no real reception area. instead, several very young staff members were sitting at a high table. This was unprofessional.

The location offered excellent connectivity! the hotel is well linked with both bus and underground lines. several bistros are nearby. A short five-minute walk provides plenty of dining options.

breakfast presented a very good variety. there was a selection of fruits, yogurt, omelets, cheeses, and meats available, including a wide assortment of tasty pastries! the staff were kind and cute making the experience more good.

the staff did not know the price for a taxi service they booked. i was charged a very high price.

central location comfortable mattress friendly staff
the location was central with a bus line just outside the hotel a metro station stood within 15 minutes. the room suited two people well and the bed featured a large comfortable mattress. the staff were friendly and helpful.
the breakfast coffee machine was not to my taste and the breakfast options felt repetitive with no daily variety.

staff members spoke both french and english and demonstrated kindness throughout my stay. assistance was readily available at all times from the 24/7 staff. their support was greatly appreciated.
